Up to today the report, presented on November 21th 2008, is still being ratified but in a very slow manner, since only 6 persons have presented to the authorities. The ratification of the report is the basic step to formally carry out the investigations. In our case the reports are increasing due to the Estambul Protocol which has been created on support of the defendant.
